 What is Robert Morris Lacrosse Camps' refund policy for their events?

Up until 30 days prior to the event, a full refund will be given upon written request. After that date has passed, a 50% deposit will be withheld from the registration cost; the remainder will then be refunded.


For campers injured while participating in the event, we are also unable to issue a refund or partial refund. Please contact with written request for a refund inquiry - emails must be postmarked by deadline dates.

Robert Morris Lacrosse Camps will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen items; therefore, please be smart with what you bring and where you leave it!

 Where are Robert Morris' events held?

Event sessions are held on a variety of fields on campus and a few fields off campus depending on the number of teams/campers. Each event will have designated fields - please check with the individual tournament/camp page for information on where it will take place. There will be an email sent out a week prior with pertinent information outlining the event.

It is the camper's/participant's responsibility to have all the necessary shoes to play on these field surfaces.

 What is the map and directions to the event location?

 Where can we park on campus?

RMU Public Safety requests that you park in Lower Sewall Lot (55). When arriving at the main entrance of campus, it will be the first parking lot on the right hand side. It is across the street from our Charles J. Sewall Center. This area, campus map, and directions can be viewed below.

 Can parents observe sessions?

If desired, parents are allowed to observe any session. We ask that they observe from a safe distance, as we are not responsible for spectator injury. We also ask that you do not COACH your son and do not HECKLE the refs.

 Can my camper request a specific team if signing up as an individual?

No – we will place you on either a team that needs players or on a free agent team that will consist of other athletes that sign up as an individual.

 What happens if my child gets sick, injured, etc?

We will have certified athletic trainers at all camp/tournament sessions. There is an athletic training room/tent designated at each event. The athletic training suite will be listed on the camper’s registration packet at check in. If necessary, our athletic trainers work with Heritage Valley Medical center for any issues that do arise.

 What are camp rules and policies?

1) Alcohol, drugs, and tobacco are prohibited while on Robert Morris University's campus. 

2) Bullying - We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying other campers.  This will result in an immediate dismissal.

3) Destruction of property, theft, or inappropriate behavior will result in an immediate dismissal.
